Glen Innes, Auckland

A 114-house mixed tenure residential development located in the heart of Glen Innes.

Comprising a mix of typologies from one-bedroom units and two-bed townhouses, through to three-bed terraces and standalone, right up to four-and five-bedroom properties.

Delivered over four, carefully planned stages, the design, build, marketing and sales of Fenchurch Park was managed entirely by our team.

75 properties in total were sold off the plans and during the construction phases.

Kestrel Place

Glen Innes, Auckland

A development of 71 social houses and private dwellings consisting of a mix of 2-storey standalone units, duplexes and 3-storey terraces.

Kestrel Place was developed as part of the Tamaki Regeneration Programme which included extensive upgrades to housing. G.J. Gardner Homes built the private dwellings following the successful build of the social properties.

The 36 private dwellings were split into four managed stages and were designed, marketed and sold by our team off the plans prior to construction commencing. All 36 sales were completed within 12 weeks from launching the project to market, to the final property going unconditional.

HUIA

Pt Chevalier, Auckland

A 16-townhouse development in Point Chevalier, Auckland.

HUIA development sits on a prime parcel of land within an easy couple of minutes of the Point Chevalier supermarkets, eateries and shopping area, and right on the doorstep of one of Auckland’s most picturesque urban beaches.

We were engaged to market the development and complete the sales of a mix of 2 & 3 bedroom properties. Our team navigated and overcame the complexities of selling this project during the COVID lockdown in Auckland.

Wai O Taiki Waterside P52

Wai O Taiki Bay, Auckland

Development of 12 units in the Wai O Taiki Bay area.

A mix of typologies from 3 bedroom terrace to 2, 3 & 4 bedroom standalone homes. The properties were sold off the plans and during the construction period. This was a challenging marketing proposition as the Glen Innes area was historically considered low income with a high crime rate.

The new homes were targeted at buyers from Glendowie, St Heliers and Mission Bay looking to ‘downsize’ from older homes and free up capital.

Our team managed the full marketing campaign and management of the buyers through to settlement.

Wai O Taiki Waterside P51

Wai O Taiki Bay, Auckland

Closely following the successful sell-down of P52, P51 was launched to market.

This was a development of 15 units with a mix of typologies from 3 bedroom, 3-level terrace to 2 & 3 bedroom standalone homes.

Some homes were marketed post completion of the project which required home staging and scheduled open homes.

Our team managed the full marketing campaign and management of buyers through to settlement.
