We will develop a sales strategy for each project and designate a salesperson to provide consistent support – from the very start to settlement and handover.

Okko will create a bespoke marketing campaign to showcase the unique features of any project. We build confidence and commitment with buyers through transparent practices.

We encourage them to understand the project, the builder and the timeframes. We will take them on a journey that ensures their commitment and keep them constantly updated until they receive their keys. We want to be remembered for the right reasons.

Okko is the brainchild of Dougal Paterson and Jess Browning.

Coming from long backgrounds in development, construction, marketing and selling, they saw a new way of offering a turn-key marketing and sales experience that was different.
